Health Education Answers:
an Interactive On-Line Educational Resource
for your Patients or Staff
This is an education tool offered FREE to Council member agencies, their staff and patients. The Arizona Council has teamed with Lilly Company to offer you Health Education Answers, an on-line educational tool covering subjects such as ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Diabetes, Schizophrenia, Women's Health, and Wellness - a section covering safety and health issues around the house. This is an innovative, easy-to-use, interactive resource which can be used by your patients as additional "take-home" information, or you can have the patient access the HealthEducationAnswers.com website from a computer right in your office. The more your patients know, the more they can be involved in getting and staying healthy. The website provides valuable information presented in a fun and engaging way. It encourages patients to be active and responsible participants in their own care.

You will create your own user name and password.
From then on, you can sign in using just your user name and password.
